Heat Treatment Facilities

We have a Continuous Austempering Furnace which is capable of carrying out all types of Specialized Heat Treatment Processes. Our company has consistently manufactured retaining rings of exceptional strength and ductility. Retaining rings endure a complete transformation to the ideal bainitic structure during this process, removing brittleness and maintaining strength. Our heat treating furnaces do this. By means of an oscillating feeder, parts are placed uniformly on the belt and ensured that all of them reach a uniform temperature. The parts are transferred from the furnace to a molten salt quench tank, where they are isothermally converted at a fixed temperature and time. As a consequence, parts with a bainitic structure and good mechanical properties are made.
